Refund Policy and Guarantee Refund Policy and Guarantee If for any reason you are unhappy with the condition or quality of any purchased product you receive from Footy Stars or if it is faulty or does not arrive as described we will happily exchange the item or refund your money. To return an item for refund or exchange you must firstly notify us via email within 21 days of your order being placed at returns@FootyStars.com.au to receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Once you have received your RAN you can post the returned items to the Footy Stars Returns Department at: Footy Stars Returns Dept RAN: (Provided by Footy Stars prior to you returning) PO Box 2358 TOOWONG BC, QLD 4066 AUSTRALIA Once the item has been received at our premises we will issue an exchange or refund. We use the RAN system to identify all returns to ensure you receive the correct exchange item or refund amount. Omission of the RAN on any returned item may delay the refund and exchange process. Refunds are only payable on the purchase price of the items themselves. Postage and shipping charges will only be refunded in the case that the error was at the fault of Footy Stars. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
